Digital Finance & Data Analytics

1. Maintenance of existing ISEAA (India, Indonesia, Australia and Singapore) financial and non-financial systems.  
2. Perform change prioritization and change execution on ISEAA financial and non-financial systems. 
3. Establish a Single Source of Truth to simplify the complexity in existing consolidation processes and enable a system based reporting.

Co-ordinate and maintain financial and non-financial consolidation process on existing SAP Analytics Could based system for ISEAA region (India, Indonesia, South East Asia, Australia) for monthly and yearly closing. 

• Co-ordinate with the ISEAA regional teams if there are any discrepancies found and ensure data accuracy in the systems. 

• Supporting SAP Analytics Cloud based planning and forecasting solutions for ISEAA entities. 

• Collect and prioritise change management requests from the regions and co-ordinate with the technical team for implementation.

Own the digitalisation roadmap with a vision to achieve a no-touch System-based consolidation in the long term. 

• Establishing Single Source of Truth (SSoT) data strategy in-coordination with IT for financials and non financials ensuring data quality, governance and lineage.

 • Designing and managing the data architecture and master data required for ISEAA financial and non financial consolidation. 

• Defining, implementing and owning the data flow from ISEAA entities into the Single Source of Truth environment, integrating data from internal systems.

• Creating and maintaining ISEAA consolidated dashboards for Finance leadership teams.

 • Coordinating with global data provisioning teams Trucks Finance – Date Ware House for access and data discovery. 

• Coordinate with Head Quarter (HQ) and regional ISEAA teams on a frequent basis to establish the roadmap for transparency and support.

Educational Qualification BE/Btech and/or MBA

 No of years of experience 5–10 years 

Nature of experience (Critical to Quality skill, if any) Financial and Non-financial consolidation system maintenance, Data Engineering, Data pipeline creation, Data reporting and visualization Specific 

Technologies: SAP Analytics Cloud, SQL, PowerBI, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Python
