As the Principal Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven transformation. Your expertise in data quality management and emerging technologies will be pivotal in identifying areas for business enhancement. By applying data modeling techniques, you will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will lead machine learning model development projects, covering classic ML, image, and GEN AI, to enhance our data-processing capabilities.

• Identify business improvement opportunities and propose data-driven strategies.
• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and prepare data for model input.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, utilizing classic ML, image processing, and GEN AI techniques.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and management to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data cleaning and validation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and emerging technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance frameworks and policies.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, sharing our data-driven success stories.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in data quality management.
• Proven experience in leading machine learning model development projects, including classic ML and image processing.
• Hands-on experience with GEN AI technologies and their application in data-driven projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.
