DTICI_IAM_Principal Consultant_T7

The IAM Principal Consultant is responsible for defining IAM strategy, driving large-scale IAM transformations, and guiding enterprise customers in implementing secure, scalable, and modern identity architectures. This role demands deep technical expertise across Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, and IGA platforms (such as EmpowerID), combined with strong leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Provide advanced consulting on Microsoft Entra ID including conditional access, identity governance, PIM, authentication, app integrations, and Zero Trust policies.

Architect and oversee Azure B2C implementations including user journeys, custom policies (IEF), identity provider integration, user life cycle management synchronization.

Lead complex EmpowerID or similar IGA transformations including workflow design, RBAC modeling, provisioning patterns, and connector configurations.

Advise on authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, JWT, SCIM, and modern identity patterns.

Drive integration of IAM with cloud platforms, app services, API gateways, and security tools.

Deep knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure B2C.

• Strong knowledge of IGA platform: EmpowerID.

• Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, JWT, SCIM.

• Experience with Azure services: Key Vault, App Services, API Management, Functions.

• Proven experience leading large-scale IAM programs.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Ability to lead teams and manage complex dependencies.

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
