You will have started your working career and have gained some experience in administration and with a keen focus on customer service, but want to retrain in the specific field of HR, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
~1 min readThis role is perfect for gaining a broad understanding of the Human Resources function through both day-to day activities, as well as via involvement in some key HR projects.
With objectives put in place, this role will give you the opportunity to put your academic learning directly into the workplace.
Working within our HR department, your day to day will be varied, including:
- Using our HR systems and assisting in maintaining accurate employee records, handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Supporting our company car related admin processes, including assisting colleagues with inquiries related to cars and to provide guidance where appropriate.
- Being able to answer employee queries relating to existing polices, benefits and procedures and provide relevant HR information to the business.
- Providing administrative support to the HR Team as required, including supporting reporting, invoicing, attending our team meetings and contributing to discussions.

You will build relationships and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders from employees to line manager, and to external partners.
