We are working on the company’s climate transition agenda, with a particular focus on supply chain decarbonization, Scope 3 emissions accounting, and the development and execution of the Climate Transition Plan. This includes managing the corporate GHG inventory, building scalable accounting and tracking capabilities, defining targets and steering metrics, assessing alignment of emissions performance with transition pathways, and leading regulatory climate calculations such as Battery Regulation Article 7 carbon footprint and Article 8 recycled content requirements. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in the collection, analysis, and evaluation of greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain in accordance with GHG Protocol, PCAF and other relevant emission frameworks
- →Support the collection and consolidation of climate-related sustainability data and metrics
- →Contribute to analyses of Scope 3 Category 1 emissions and help identify emissions hotspots
- →Support supply chain decarbonization initiatives, including measure tracking, supplier-related analyses, and the preparation of decision-making materials
- →Support ESG and sustainability reporting activities, including CSRD and CDP disclosures
- →Prepare presentations, analyses, and management materials for meetings, workshops, and events
What We Offer
~1 min read- You are pursuing a degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Please note that the internship must include a mandatory internship component that is confirmed by your university
- We ideally seek candidates who are available for duration of 5–6 months in total (a combined internship with voluntary and mandatory is possible)
- You are passionate about climate action, sustainability, and business transformation
- You enjoy analytical thinking and working with data
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or academic projects
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and show a high level of initiative
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
- You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills. English proficiency
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting, ESG topics, or greenhouse gas accounting is an advantage, but not required
