Retail Finance & Insurance - West

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our MB/IDF-A department as a Retail Finance & Insurance specialist for the Western region. In this role, you will play a vital part in our company's success by developing and implementing financial solutions and insurance strategies to support our vehicle sales and dealer network. Your expertise will contribute to our overall growth and market presence.

• Liaise with lenders to streamline financing processes and improve accessibility for customers.
• Design innovative financial products tailored to market demands, promoting vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with dealers to ensure effective financing activities and provide support where needed.
• Monitor insurance penetration rates and develop strategies to increase coverage with insurance broker.
• Promote digital initiatives to enhance process efficiency and provide a seamless experience for both dealers and customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for financial product development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and create tailored financing solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance & finance partners providers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and insurance regulations and guidelines.
• Facilitate in executing MOUs with new lenders in Commercial vehicle industry. 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail finance or insurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and insurance policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for process automation is an asset.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
