To establish and drive a structured performance management and governance framework across PE, ME and Sustainability functions, ensuring data-driven decision-making, financial discipline, process compliance, and leadership visibility, while supporting strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
🔹 1. Performance Management & Reporting
- Define, standardize and monitor KPIs across PE, ME and Sustainability
- Develop and maintain integrated dashboards for real-time performance visibility
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting to leadership
- Enable fact-based decision-making through structured analytics
🔹 2. Governance & Compliance
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks across key processes
- Ensure adherence to approval matrices, policies and audit requirements
- Drive transparency, traceability and documentation standards
- Support internal and external audits with structured data and reports
🔹 3. Capex & Financial Governance
- Monitor Capex planning, cashflow and budget utilization (Plan vs Actual)
- Coordinate with F&C and functional teams for variance analysis
- Ensure financial discipline and alignment with approved budgets
- Provide periodic financial insights to leadership
🔹 4. Procurement Governance
- Oversee end-to-end governance of RFQ, PR and PO processes
- Ensure compliance with approval workflows and timelines
- Track procurement status and highlight risks or delays
- Strengthen vendor governance and process transparency
🔹 5. Project Governance (Plant & Refurbishment Initiatives)
- Monitor execution of plant-related projects (including refurbishment)
- Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, budget and quality standards
- Maintain centralized project tracking and reporting systems
- Support audit-compliant documentation and project closure
🔹 6. Digitalization & Process Improvement
- Drive digital transformation of governance and reporting processes
- Implement tools (e.g., dashboards, automation) to improve efficiency
- Reduce manual effort and enhance process transparency
- Continuously improve systems for scalability and effectiveness
🔹 7. Leadership & Strategic Support
- Support leadership reviews with structured data and insights
- Track key decisions, actions and follow-ups
- Enable alignment across cross-functional teams (PE, ME, F&C, Sustainability)
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
