Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Owner powers the digital guest experience for thousands of restaurants, from online ordering and branded apps to loyalty and lifecycle engagement.

We're hiring a Head of Design, Consumer to own that experience end to end, shaping how millions of guests discover, order from, and return to their favorite restaurants.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the design vision, lead a small, high-performing team, and personally drive the most complex design challenges. You'll build systems that scale across thousands of distinct restaurant brands while directly influencing conversion, retention, and revenue.

Owner is essentially the developer, branding agency, and CMO for every one of our customers. We have a unique opportunity to provide tools that enable rich brand expression that delivery apps would never support, while also facilitating world class consumer ordering experiences.
