We're looking for a Marketing Manager to act as the strategic counterpart to our Head of Marketing, owning the content strategy, running the operational engine of the marketing department, and managing a direct report/s. This is a genuine dual role, combining real strategic input with hands-on operational ownership, and it comes with a clear path toward a senior, department-leading position as the team and its remit continue to grow.

  • Act as the escalation point when delivery is at risk, and resolve competing stakeholder priorities before they reach the Head of Marketing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for external partners across the line, including the PR agency, performance agency production agency, and out-of-home
  • This can also extend to merchants and partners, where you will be identifying co-marketing opportunities
  • Translate strategy into strategic briefs, and brief these into the Content Strategist for detailed production briefs
  • Support the Head of Marketing and the Product Marketing Manager in developing go-to-market strategies for products
  • Support the Commercial team in client pitch scenarios
  • Manage external agencies across more than one discipline to ensure delivery on brief, on time, and on budget

  • Report on performance monthly, including cost per acquisition and conversion quality

  • Explore and apply AI tools to support content review, briefing, and workflow efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline agency and production workflows through automation where relevant

  • You have experience managing marketing operations or departmental workflow, including brief intake and delivery management

  • You have prior experience leading out of home or large scale integrated campaigns

  • You eagerly embrace change, absorb cross-functional skills, and connect ideas across disciplines to drive fresh thinking and innovation.
  • Ability to initiate, develop, maintain and leverage outstanding relationships to influence a wide network, both inside and outside the company.
  • A trailblazer who steps up, takes charge, and creates meaningful impact: driven by performance and purpose to lead from the front and make a real difference every day.
  • You thrive in collaboration, embrace inclusion, and bring a genuine curiosity for global cultures, valuing collective success over individual credit.
  • Demonstrate strategic foresight, sound judgement, and the ability to make confident decisions under uncertainty, always working toward the best possible outcomes.
