Motorwerks BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a motivated and hard-working Clearshield Installer to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Clearshield Installer, you'll work with some of the industry's leading luxury automotive brands, applying paint protection film (PPF) to help protect vehicle finishes and maintain their appearance. We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.

Pay for this position is $20 per hour.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF), Clear Bra, Clearshield, or automotive film installation preferred
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter with confidence to work independently to complete assigned tasks.

Efficiency: Complete assigned installations within established production timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other dealership departments to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; and six month or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous detailing experience is preferred.
