Physical Therapist

• Perform patient evaluations, identify functional limitations, and establish treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, massage, traction, and other appropriate treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and patient responses accurately
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, injury prevention, and ongoing care
• Review physician referrals and medical records to support treatment planning
• Recognize conditions outside the scope of physical therapy and make appropriate referrals
• Coordinate with and provide direction to physical therapy support staff as needed
• Discharge patients when treatment goals are met and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations
• Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards and complete required training

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapy aide
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency or crisis situations
