HR Intern

PakWheels.com is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) and HR Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources, employee development, and organizational processes who wants to gain hands-on experience in core HR activities within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee training and development programs.
• Support training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
• Maintain training records, learning trackers, and L&D documentation.
• Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and HR data management.
• Coordinate with employees and departments to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and recognition activities.
• Support performance management activities and HR reporting.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and databases.
• Assist with other administrative and operational HR tasks as required.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development, HR Operations, and employee engagement.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with different teams.
