As an Inside Sales Intern at PakWheels.com, you’ll have the opportunity to support our sales team in driving customer acquisition and conversion. In this role, you'll gain valuable sales experience by engaging with potential and existing customers, delivering sales pitches, and helping to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce and explain PakWheels.com products and services.
- →Effectively communicate product features, answer customer queries, and understand customer requirements to close sales.
- →Direct prospects to the appropriate sales team members for additional support when necessary.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- →Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- →Handle customer concerns with professionalism to maintain a positive company reputation.
- →Strive to exceed sales targets and support future sales growth.
- →Record and track sales interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
