Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products

We are looking for a Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products who is passionate about building AI-native experiences, designing agentic workflows, and shipping impactful products at scale.

As a Product Manager, you will own AI-powered product initiatives from discovery to execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch innovative features that improve user experience, engagement, and business growth.

• →Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and workflows.
• →Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI and agentic workflows.
• →Create detailed PRDs including AI behavior expectations, fallback logic, and evaluation criteria.
• →Work with ML engineers and data teams to improve model performance and user outcomes.
• →Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• →Define product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• →Track and optimize product KPIs including engagement, retention, task completion, and AI accuracy.
• →Collaborate with marketing and business teams on go-to-market planning and product positioning.
• →Prepare product documentation, business cases, and strategy presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, including experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Hands-on usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in day-to-day work.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, hallucination handling, context windows, and AI workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.

• Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or Make.com.
• Exposure to MCP, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration architectures.

• A product thinker who prototypes, experiments, and validates ideas quickly.
• Someone who views AI as a collaborator and designs products with AI-first thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven, and evolving environments.
• Passion for workflow automation and continuous innovation.
