Senior Car Technician/Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our  Oil Change and auto inspection Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate must know about automotive lubricants, oil/air filter change procedures, with the ability to lead and supervise junior technicians and ensure excellent customer service, having a customer-friendly attitude. 

• →Supervise daily oil and lubricants change services, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• →Monitor inventory levels of oils, filters, and consumables and coordinate for timely restocking
• →Assign duties to technicians and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• →Making a duty roster/work schedule for technicians/staff to manage the workforce
• →Recommend / Suggest appropriate  products (engine oils, filters, car care products) and allied services to customers based on vehicle condition and usage
• →Maintain daily service logs and assist in preparing performance and inventory reports
• →Support the service center team /  Branch Manager in meeting daily sales targets. Cash handling, closing, and customer satisfaction goals
• →Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of tools and equipment
• →Greet customers professionally and guide them about available services.

•  Matric / Diploma / Intermediate  (Diploma preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive service/oil industry, with supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of engine oils, lubricants, oil and air filters, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
• Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to run computer / Mobile software
•  Customer-facing experience with product upselling and service explanation
• Able to handle inventory in and out, as well as inventory audits.
