Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

About the Role

~1 min read

As a Field Marketing Manager at Pallet, you will be on the front lines of how we show up in the market, from major industry conferences to intimate executive dinners, customer roundtables, and targeted field campaigns.

This role owns the planning and execution of high-impact programs that create demand, deepen customer relationships, build brand awareness, and directly influence pipeline. That includes choosing the right events, coordinating logistics, partnering with Sales on pre- and post-event outreach, creating memorable attendee experiences, and measuring what worked.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative campaign thinker, operational project manager, and revenue partner. They thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure to complexity, and get excited about turning ideas into programs that sales teams actually use and prospects remember.

  • Sees field marketing as a growth engine, not just an events function.
  • Loves the full lifecycle: identifying the right opportunities, building the strategy, executing the details, and measuring what actually worked.
  • Can move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, from building an event plan to digging through attendee lists, pipeline data, and conversion metrics.
  • Takes ownership, figures things out proactively, and jumps in wherever needed.
  • Cares about business outcomes and can connect field marketing work to pipeline, revenue, relationships, and broader company goals.
  • Thinks outside the box and gets excited about unconventional, guerrilla, and sometimes absurd marketing ideas that break through the noise.
  • Sees field marketing primarily as attending events, hosting dinners, and managing on-site logistics.
  • Enjoys the experiential side of events but not the planning, targeting, data analysis, and follow-through behind them.
  • Prefers to own one narrow piece of a program rather than taking responsibility from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Defaults to traditional marketing playbooks over experimenting with unconventional ways to reach people.
  • Prefers structured guidance and established processes over independently navigating ambiguity.
