Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for inventory management and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team and become the backbone of our operations by managing our critical parts inventory.


What You'll Do:
As our Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of our parts inventory, ensuring our technicians and operations team have what they need, when they need it. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Parts Procurement:
    Accurately ordering and tracking a wide variety of parts and supplies from various vendors.

  • Purchase Orders (POs):
    Creating and managing purchase orders with precision to ensure correct pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.

  • Receiving and Inspection:
    Efficiently receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming parts against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.

  • Inventory Control:
    Maintaining a highly organized parts room and warehouse, including systematic labeling, stocking, and bin location management.

  • Technology & Systems:
    Utilizing inventory management software (IMS) and other technology to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and report on stock levels.

  • Support:
    Providing excellent customer service to internal teams by quickly and accurately locating and dispensing parts.


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience:
    A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a dedicated parts room, warehouse, or similar inventory/supply chain environment.

  • Tech Savviness:
    Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including Google Office Suite and, most importantly, experience using an inventory management system (e.g., CMMS, ERP, or dedicated parts software).

  • Organizational Skills:
    Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain a highly organized and efficient working area.

  • Communication:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.

  • Physical Demands:
    Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
