Job Location: Guarulhos, SP. Possibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Job Description
These position supports Panda Brazil’s commercial and operational teams by preparing, validating, and organizing quotations for board game manufacturing projects. This role consolidates internal production costs, supplier pricing, logistics information, and operational assumptions into clear and accurate customer-ready pricing, providing the Project Managers with the information needed to respond quickly and confidently to clients.
Beyond day-to-day quotation activities, this position plays an important role in improving pricing accuracy, quotation turnaround time, and process standardization by analyzing historical data, reviewing production results, and identifying opportunities for operational and commercial improvements.
The role also supports commercial operational routines related to customer registration, ERP data consistency, quotation documentation, and the transition between approved quotations and operational workflows.

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations by consolidating internal cost structures and third-party information, including materials, freight, suppliers, and outsourced services.
- Work closely with Project Managers to provide fast, accurate, and well-structured pricing information for customers.
- Review product specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and production assumptions to ensure costing accuracy and production feasibility.
- Organize and maintain quotation records, assumptions, historical references, and support documentation for traceability and future analysis.
- Analyze supplier and partner quotations, validating technical specifications, completeness, lead times, and consistency with historical data.
- Monitor quotation turnaround times and support initiatives to improve response speed, efficiency, and standardization.
- Analyze historical quotations and production results to identify pricing patterns, cost drivers, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic pricing discussions and operational decision-making with data and analysis.
- Support post-calculation reviews (quoted vs. actual production costs), helping refine costing parameters and estimation methods.
- Maintain and improve internal pricing tools, costing spreadsheets, templates, databases, and operational controls.
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, International Trade, and Finance teams to gather technical and operational input that impact costing and pricing.
- Support commercial operational routines, including customer registration, ERP master data maintenance, order setup, and sales documentation organization.
- Assist invoicing and finance teams with quotation-related information, commercial validation, and operational support during order execution.
- Help maintain consistency between quotations, customer orders, ERP records, and operational workflows.
- Monitor market trends related to raw materials, printing, packaging, logistics, and manufacturing processes, proposing improvement opportunities whenever possible.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and support the growth and structuring of Panda Brazil.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Advanced use of spreadsheets systems, like Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data organization, scripts, etc).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers, assumptions, and documentation with accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers to collect required information.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple quotes and priorities in parallel.
- Analytical mindset: ability to spot inconsistencies, compare scenarios, and suggest improvements.
- English proficiency (reading and writing; speaking is a plus) to work with documentation and, when needed, with international stakeholders.
- Interest in manufacturing/printing/packaging processes and willingness to learn technical details that impact costing.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
- Genuine interest in the tabletop games industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in budgeting, cost analysis, pricing, procurement, or sales support.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or tabletop game production (or strong curiosity to learn).
- Basic understanding of cost structure (BOM, labor, overhead, freight) and how costs flow through a quotation.
- Experience with ERP or quoting/CRM systems (any platform).
- Ability to automate or improve spreadsheets (Power Query, basic scripts, or similar).
- Higher Education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
