Software EngineeringETL Developer

An unfamiliar database, a tricky conversion, a migration ready to run. If that sounds like your kind of work, we’d like to hear from you!

We’re looking for an Intermediate ETL Developer to join Pandell-ESG's Project Services team. You’ll help customers move their data into our software and work alongside a strong team that’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help.

About the Role

~1 min read

You’ll work through the details of each migration: understanding the customer’s data, planning how it needs to be converted, and writing the scripts to make it happen. You’ll learn different data models, adapt our conversion tools, and troubleshoot along the way.

You’ll also have opportunities to take the technical lead on small to medium-sized projects and help other team members build their skills and confidence. It’s a role for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to take on more responsibility with a team behind them.

Our Project Services team helps customers implement software across Pandell’s suite of more than 12 product groups. You’ll work with colleagues who understand the software and the business processes behind it, sharing ideas, and working through challenges together.

ESG, along with its subsidiary Pandell, is a global leader in energy software, providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that support companies across utilities, renewables, retail energy, and oil and gas.

Across North America and the UK, our combined platforms help teams manage key parts of their business, including billing, asset management, regulatory requirements, and geospatial data. These tools bring together the information and workflows teams rely on every day, making it easier to run operations and stay organized.

Through cloud-based technology and data-driven insights, we help energy companies navigate complex markets and continue progressing toward Net-Zero goals.

We care about doing good work and being good people to work with. That means making room for questions, listening to different perspectives, and helping each other when the work gets complicated.

We want people to feel welcome, respected, and comfortable being themselves. You’ll have the trust, tools, and flexibility to do your work, along with support from your teammates.
