Product Manager

Location: Remote

We're seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to drive a new go to market opportunity in retail. You'll transform customer requirements and insights into actionable plans with our LP, Growth and Product teams.

  Deliver and coordinate the operations capacity to convert pilots, expand customers, and drive revenue from zero to one. Manage AI, software development and human in the loop to provide our product and service to customer delight.

  Customer Obsession: Conduct customer research, client calls, and interviews to uncover operational pain points, transform insights into product requirements, and launch new pilot programs with retail partners to validate solutions in real-world environments

  Pilot Execution: Coordinating teams to accomplish installations, data integrations, and pilot operations.

• →

  Stakeholder Management: Master stakeholder relationships across retail operations, loss prevention, store management, and corporate leadership while aligning business and technology teams

  Partnering with technology teams: You’ll write speclets, PRDs, personas and collaborate with Product Owners and their teams who deliver new features in 2-week sprints

  Product Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap, create and refine customer personas, identify market opportunities

  Team Leadership: Lead and create momentum with our Sales, Operations, Success, Support, Product teams to ensure smooth rollouts and operations

  P&L accountability: Create and maintain profit and loss reports for our services and lead the team to deliver features to market with a path to increasingly strong margins.

• 3+ years Product Management or Product Development experience (1+ years B2B/enterprise)

• Entrepreneurial with a hustler mindset

• Proven track record launching and scaling successful products

• Experience leading Product Designers and partnering with engineering

• Strong agile/scrum and sprint-based delivery experience

• Excellent stakeholder management across organizational levels

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence without authority

• Technical acumen to discuss concepts with engineering teams

• Demonstrated customer obsession and analytical skills

• Project management experience

• 3+ years experience designing and refining workflows for human backoffice teams

• Retail industry experience, particularly operations or store management in grocery or classic retail

• Background with Loss Prevention teams and retail security

• Knowledge of retail systems (POS, inventory management)

• Experience with video analytics or AI-powered retail solutions

• Proficient using AI tools for visualizing ideas, prototyping and refining product specifications

• Experience with Computer Vision based solutions

• Operations management experience

• Genuinely curious about retail operations and stopping shrink

• Thrives in ambiguity and creates structure from chaos

• Context-switches between strategy and detailed execution
