Maintenance Support Specialist

Join our team in Strumica and support the smooth coordination of maintenance and repair services for the U.S. trucking industry. We are looking for a Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team.

 In this role, you will coordinate equipment maintenance and repair requests, communicate with customers and service providers, and ensure that requests are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process equipment maintenance and repair requests from customers.
• Enter and update repair requests in the operating system.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to arrange repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate communication with customers regarding repair status and updates.
• Create purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation in the operating system.
• Maintain and update equipment records, ensuring proper classification of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support the management of factory warranty-related requests and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and service providers.

Requirements:

• Experience working with maintenance vendors such as PACCAR Parts Fleet Services, Love’s, Yokohama, TA Truck Service or Local Shops.
• Familiarity with Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks is an advantage.
• Experience handling factory warranty claims and related documentation is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
