The Job

This role owns the performance and optimization of Panther’s digital marketing engine. The focus is on driving pipeline through high-performing website experiences, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven campaign execution.

This person will lead execution across email, website, paid media, and organic growth (SEO/AEO), while partnering with Marketing Ops and external agencies to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and pipeline generation.

The Responsibilities

  • Own website performance — conversion rates, user flows, landing pages, and CRO experimentation
  • Own organic growth across SEO and AEO, partnering with product marketing to drive high-intent traffic
  • Build and scale lifecycle and nurture programs in HubSpot
  • Own email strategy and execution end-to-end — hands-on building, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Partner with the external agency to optimize paid media performance across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
  • Own reporting across website, email, paid, and organic with clear insights and recommendations
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, and conversion paths to improve funnel performance

 

The Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B digital marketing with hands-on ownership of website, email, and paid media
  • Proven experience with CRO, landing page strategy, and website performance optimization
  • B2B CRM experience required; Salesforce a strong plus — HubSpot, Zoho, or similar acceptable
  • Hands-on with the digital marketing stack: HubSpot (preferred), paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads), CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress, Webflow, or similar), web analytics (GA4, Looker, or similar), and GTM tools like Clay or Common Room. ABM platforms like 6sense a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery strategies
  • Comfortable in dashboards and reporting daily; ability to build reports a plus
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing external agency relationships

Cash compensation range: $92,000 - $120,000 OTE (90/10 pay split) USD Annually dependent on experience.

The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
