POSITION TITLE:                                 Barista  

EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt  

POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager  

DEPARTMENT:                                Dining Division  

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards
Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
Accurately take orders and handle cash or POS transactions
Support team operations to ensure smooth and timely service
Stay knowledgeable on menu items and provide recommendations to guests

Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

AVAILABILITY:
Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
