The Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, following work instructions, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards. The Operator supports production goals by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift & Wage: 2nd shift, 3:30pm -12:00am, $19 per hour.

Requirements
~1 min read- Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations.
- Perform line setup, changeovers, and verification checks to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Operate machinery, equipment, and tools according to work instructions.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
- Inspect, test, and verify product quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Accurately record production data, counts, non-confirming material and any issues on required forms or systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with 5S and safety requirements.
- Identify and communicate equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or production issues to the team lead, point of contact and/or production manager.
- Support training and cross-training efforts to build team flexibility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Continuous improvement responsibilities
- Participate in problem-solving discussions by sharing observations and reporting issues.
- Provide feedback to Line Leads or Supervisors to support ongoing process improvements.
- Frequently required to stand or walk.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for handling tools, materials, and small parts.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle measurement tools and parts.
- Visual acuity for reading fine measurements and identifying defects.
