This is a professional, field-based role that values independence, good judgment, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support individuals in identifying, securing, and sustaining community-based employment
- →Teach vocational, workplace, and soft skills that lead to long-term success
- →Facilitate travel training, self-advocacy, and workplace independence
- →Manage an active caseload and meet service delivery requirements
- →Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and service notes
- →Collaborate with internal teams and attend required trainings and meetings
- →Travel to community job sites using a Parc vehicle to meet with employers and supervisors, provide on-site job coaching, and support successful employment outcomes.
Requirements

- Are organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
- Understand the importance of accountability, documentation, and compliance
- Love coaching,mentoring, and helping others grow
- Can adapt to changing schedules and participant needs
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Required, a minimum of four (4) years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities
- OR a four-year degree in a related field (e.g., social services, human services)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Drug-Free Workplace
- Level II background screening required
- Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse participation required
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary)
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by caseload
- On-site and community-based role with travel to employer locations
- Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for jobsite travel
- iPads provided for documentation and work-related tasks
