As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading independent, fulfilling lives while promoting dignity, respect, and personal choice.

Responsibilities

→Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, and mobility.
→Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and participation in community activities.
→Support recreational, social, and life-skills programming.
→Follow individualized support plans and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
→Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
→Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals served.
