Analytics Engineer

We’re looking for a structured and solution-oriented Analytics Engineer to join our Tech & Data team. Someone who gets excited about building reliable, scalable data infrastructure and unlocking insights that drive smarter decisions across the company.

• You’ll own and improve our data platform, keeping it fast, scalable, and trustworthy

• You’ll model the data that teams rely on every day to make better decisions

• You’ll help prepare Parfumado for future growth by laying a rock-solid data foundation

  Maintain and develop our data architecture to ensure reliability and performance

  Design and optimise scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt

  Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran or custom Python code

  Translate business questions into practical data solutions and insightful dashboards

  Monitor data quality and proactively fix issues before they impact teams

  Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to connect data needs to solutions
