Construction Project Manager / Owner’s Representative

Park7 Management is a fast-growing leader in the student housing industry, with a corporate office in New York and properties nationwide. Our brand, "Student Housing with a Modern Twist," currently manages over 3,000 beds, with an additional 800 beds under construction and 1,800 more in various stages of development. Park7 Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on construction professional to oversee a major renovation program at four apartment communities in Bloomington, Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction superintendent, project manager, or general contractor who enjoys being in the field, coordinating multiple trades, solving construction problems, and seeing projects through to completion.

• →Serve as Park7’s onsite owner’s representative overseeing renovations at four multifamily properties.
• →Manage and coordinate the general contractor, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
• →Directly supervise a crew of temporary carpenters performing owner-managed renovation work.
• →Coordinate daily construction activities, schedules, material deliveries, and contractor access.
• →Inspect work for quality, identify deficiencies, and manage punch lists.
• →Monitor project costs, review change orders, and help keep renovations on budget.
• →Work closely with property management to coordinate renovations around existing residents.
• →Provide regular progress reports and updates to Park7 ownership.

• 5+ years of construction management, superintendent, or field supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential or multifamily construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and construction crews.
• Hands-on construction background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Bloomington, IN. Experience in apartment renovations, student housing, carpentry, or general contracting is a major plus.

• Work Setting: Bloomington, Indiana - Daily onsite presence required.
