Park Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join our established Chaska practice. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, Park Dental offers the support, mentorship, and clinical autonomy to help you build the career you envision. Our doctors are empowered to provide exceptional patient care while benefiting from the strength and stability of a doctor-led organization.

Starting Compensation: $155,000 – $200,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities

→Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
→Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
→Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
→Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
→Maintain accurate clinical documentation
→Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
→Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
