As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll take on strategic problems that don’t yet have a home and turn them into tangible outcomes, fast. You’ll work directly with our Chief of Staff and the CEO Office team, and from day one you’ll own cross-functional projects wherever the business needs leverage most. High-bandwidth, high-visibility, built for people who thrive in ambiguity and operate with extreme ownership.

• Strategic Planning: Own CEO Office projects that cut across the company, end-to-end. You find what’s broken, work out why, build the plan, and drive it across teams until it’s done
• Project Management Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects of high strategic importance
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support decision-making processes
• Operations Support: Assist with our day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management or related fields
• Ability to work from our Berlin HQ at least 5 times a week
• 1-2 years experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital,  high-growth start-up)
• An entrepreneur at heart with a hands-on mentality
• AI-native, always trying out new tools and building the best ones into how you work
• Strong organizational & prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills
