Job Description:

Parsons is searching for a professional to support development, integration, testing, and ongoing execution of in-house machine learning research on multi-agent reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

→Required: B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years of post-degree machine learning experience, or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering and 2+ years of experience, or Ph.D. in relevant field
→High proficiency in Python with a strong background in writing modular, testable, and maintainable codebases
→Framework fluency with data science tools and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc) and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
→Familiarity with virtual environment tools such as Conda/uv/Poetry, or Docker containerization
→Experience with Git and software development best practices, and working within Linux systems
→The ability to work both individually and in a multi-team development project
→Communicate methods and findings through publication manuscripts
→U.S. Citizenship is required
→Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Nice to Have

Experience with reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems
Experience running experiments on HPC or cloud systems, and tracking results for later analysis between machines (Trackio / Weights & Biases / Tensorboard with neat file management)

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
