Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contracts & Claims Manager, responsible for managing contractual compliance, claims administration, dispute resolution, and contract risk management across the terminal program.

Responsibilities

→Administer construction contracts and contractual correspondence.
→Manage claims, variations, and extension of time submissions.
→Conduct contractual risk assessments and mitigation planning.
→Support dispute resolution and negotiations.
→Review contractual obligations, notices, and compliance requirements.
→Coordinate with legal, commercial, and project controls teams.

Minimum 15 years of contracts and claims management experience on aviation projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution.
Experience on airport or major infrastructure projects preferred.
Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline.
