Job Description:

Responsibilities

→Create and update 3D BIM models for wet utility systems using Civil 3D, or other BIM software.
→Model potable water, irrigation, stormwater and sewerage networks.
→Develop utility structures such as manholes, chambers, valve chambers, tanks, and pump stations.
→Maintain model accuracy in line with design revisions.
→Generate plans & profiles from BIM models.
→Ensure drawings comply with project CAD and BIM standards.
→Participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities.
→Assist in identifying and resolving clashes with roads, structures, buildings, landscape, and dry utilities.
→Update models based on coordination comments and approved design changes.
→Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company procedures.
→Perform model checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
→Ensure proper naming conventions, folder structures, and data management practices are maintained.
→Prepare model submissions according to project milestones.
→Maintain records of model revisions and updates.

Autodesk Civil 3D
Navisworks
AutoCAD
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
InfraWorks (preferred)
Dynamo (preferred)

Strong understanding of wet utility infrastructure.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and design specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of BIM standards and project workflows.
