Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Site QA/QC Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

→Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision-
→Line manager of Quality Managers
→Backup of both Quality Managers during their leave/absences
→Collation and reporting of quality KPIs monthly, with assistance from Reporting Specialist
→Owner of Project Quality Plan & Lesson Learned
→Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors, campaigns and focused inspections
→Review of select Contractor Quality key documents (including Plans, Audits, NCRs) as Final Approver
→Mentor and Monitor performance of Quality Managers.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field
15+ years experience in a quality role
Broad knowledge of quality requirements in foundations, structures, roadworks, utilities and MEP
Prior experience as the lead Quality role on a high-value programme of works
Expert knowledge of construction quality processes

Willingness to regularly spend time on the worksite to verify quality practices are being implemented and to identify deficiencies.
