What you will be doing: Support team AI initiatives and collaborate on process improvements. Identify and implement automation and technology advancements to drive efficiency. Develop AI agents, workflows, and tools using LLMs, Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and data validation. Analyse business processes to pinpoint problems, risks, and opportunities for mapping and documentation. Build robust checks, controls, and testing procedures for AI-generated outputs before client delivery. Improve data quality, lineage, and technical specifications for portfolio, benchmark, and market data. What our client is looking for: A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.). Certifications in machine learning, statistics, financial modelling or data engineering are beneficial. 1 - 3 years of experience in AI tools, LLM-based workflows, automation, or coding projects, including demonstrable project implementation. Background or exposure to investment, risk, or performance data is a strong advantage. Familiarity with SQL, cloud data platforms like Databricks, and related analytics technologies. Support the Analytics Team by identifying, implementing, and managing AI-enabled solutions to improve risk and performance reporting. Contribute to broader AI and automation projects across the business as required. Demonstrates high curiosity, fast learning capabilities, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, organized approach. Safeguards the integrity of sensitive client data while handling large quantities of portfolio and market information. Exercises a healthy skepticism toward AI outputs, ensuring rigorous testing and validation before relying on results. Communicates clearly, manages time effectively under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines. Works well both independently and collaboratively while embracing the team's culture and commitment to deadlines.
