Culturally they are very cosmopolitan and diverse, you will be working with the best globally. What you will be doing: Handling day-to-day resolution of benefits and pension queries. Assisting with implementations and strategic proposals, such as pension provision reviews. Managing onboarding processes and renewals for risk and medical plans. Conducting integrations and GAP analyses of benefits and pension provisions. Analysing medical, sickness, and IP claims data to develop a preventative, data-driven approach to employee wellbeing, including updating medical plan designs. What you need: A minimum of 7 years in pensions and employee benefits, with a preference for a background in both consultancy and in-house roles. Experience within the finance, banking, or private equity sectors is considered an advantage. A self-starter approach with strong collaborative skills, initiative, and effective communication abilities.1 A demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
