Handle a wide range of handyman tasks with precision and efficiency. Safely work at heights when required. Install signage, disclaimers, and window coverings as directed. Identify, report, and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Execute instructions from Directors and departmental managers. Oversee on-site security and cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to professional standards. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment within all managed properties. Communicate effectively with tenants and address their maintenance concerns. Remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure or urgent situations.
