Location: Cape Town / United Kingdom | Work Type: Hybrid | Job ID: J107291 About our client: Our client is a highly successful and purpose-driven group with a global shared services hub based in Cape Town. They are far more than a travel company; they act as a vital platform connecting world-class hospitality with large-scale environmental impact across Africa’s most iconic wilderness areas. The organization prides itself on a culture of continuous improvement and ethical behaviour, where the mission is to ensure that natural ecosystems and local communities thrive together. You will join a collaborative, friendly team that avoids rigid hierarchies and values individual contribution. While they "think big" and move fast to protect vulnerable landscapes, they are deeply employee-centric, offering unusually generous benefits and a genuine commitment to work/life balance. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a stable yet growing organization where profit meets a profound sense of purpose. They are looking for adaptable, long-term partners who are ready to help drive positive change at scale. What you will be doing: Develop growth plans for each brand aligned with revenue, margin, and acquisition priorities. Build and diversify a portfolio of affiliate and publisher partners across priority markets. Source, negotiate, and onboard new partners while assessing audience relevance and commercial potential. Maintain a prioritised partner pipeline and nurture high-potential, active, or inactive relationships. Negotiate commissions, fees, and campaign terms to attract partners while protecting margins. Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns around seasonality, costs, and expected returns. Coordinate offers, tracking, and content with partners and internal teams. Manage budgets, commercial records, and financial reconciliations with booking records. Oversee affiliate platform program administration, transaction validation, and compliance monitoring. Collaborate with analytics and technical teams to ensure reliable tracking and attribution. Report on partner and campaign contributions to leads, bookings, revenue, and margins. Deliver regular performance updates and improve recruitment, delivery, and reporting processes. What our client is looking for: 2 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or publisher marketing driving program growth. Practical knowledge of affiliate operations, including partner recruitment, campaign execution, transaction validation, and reporting. Proven ability to source partners, negotiate commercial terms, and manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles. Strong commercial and analytical expertise focused on margins, acquisition costs, and partner economics. Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills across multiple priorities and deadlines. What would be advantageous: Experience in travel, hospitality, or multi-brand/international markets within considered-purchase categories. Proficiency in GA4, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, tracking integrations, attribution, and business intelligence tools.
