Occupational Therapist (Home Health)

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.

• →Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans for each client, tailored to their specific needs and goals
• →Evaluate and treat clients with physical and cognitive limitations to help them improve their daily living skills, range of motion, strength, and balance
• →Utilize adaptive equipment and recommend modifications to the client's environment to enhance their independence and safety
• →Educate clients and their caregivers on ways to manage their condition and prevent future injuries
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and care plans
• →Stay current with new developments and research in occupational therapy
• →Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice
• →Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice

• Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care
