Trilith Location Coordinator

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church that we are: for God and for people. The role of the Trilith Location Coordinator is to work alongside the Trilith Location Pastor to empower the ministry teams of Passion City Church // Trilith and to serve as a connecting point across different teams to ensure quality, health, and growth.

• →Embody and champion the culture of Passion City across the Trilith Location
• →Provide full-scale administrative support to Location Pastor
• →Manage Trilith Location Calendar
• →Anticipate and prepare for strategic Sundays and other church gatherings
• →Track Location data and statistics and have up to date information
• →Manage the communication flow and monitor budgets between the Trilith Teams for LP
• →Coordinate planning and details for special events pertaining to the Trilith Location (i.e. Easter, Christmas, etc)
• →Assist the Location Pastor with scheduling, expenses, travel, communication and projects
• →Manage the Door Holders for the Team Seating Section at Trilith
• →Coordinate the roster invites and content for the hosting and giving lineup each week with LP

Highly organized with strong relational, project management and administrative skills. Sees challenges as inspiring opportunities to be solved. Ability to mobilize people toward a common mission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
