Business Analyst Advisor

Aligns technology solutions with business strategies to improve business reporting capabilities, enhance technical analyses, improve forecasting accuracy, facilitate operational planning and refine other such processes to maximize business performance.

• →Uses knowledge of business and data structure to discover and/or anticipate problems where data can be used to solve the problem.
• →Actively participates in initial and continual development, as well as on-going maintenance of reports and models.
• →Maintains and refines historic and forward-looking business metrics and statistics that can be used to help guide decision making.
• →Assists in the creation and compilation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting results and variance analysis.
• →Identifies and executes opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines.
• →Drives standard definitions around key data elements and identify and support projects related to achieving data consistency, availability and quality.
• →Provides support, and assists in, driving the identification and implementation of technology solutions to reduce manual processes, enhance controls, improve cycle times, and support consistency.
• →Generates one-time, ad hoc reports by crafting custom queries against the data repository.
• →Works closely with internal and external partners to obtain supporting information and data.
• →Develops a consistent view of product performance and operational support functions.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• →Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred
• →Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.
• →5+ years work experience preferably in Payments (or adjacent industry)

• Distinguished by advanced expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and end-to-end analytical solution design, combined with a strong focus on business partnership and end-user adoption.
• Serves as a champion for intuitive, trusted, and actionable analytics by translating complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions, establishing visualization and analytical best practices, and enabling users to confidently leverage data for decision-making.
• Operates as a trusted advisor across business and technical teams and promotes responsible self-service analytics through engagement, education, and continuous improvement.

Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
