P&T is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to support and serve our individuals in leading them to be independent and have an amazing quality of life.

Responsibilities

→Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding).
→Implement Person Centered Support Plans (PCSP)
→Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation.
→Accompany person supported to medical appointments.
→Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.
