Responsibilities

As a Cosmetology Instructor, you'll play a vital role in developing confident, career-ready beauty professionals. You'll:

Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum

Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey

Demonstrate current techniques, trends, and industry best practices
→
Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom
→
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience

Requirements

Current Utah cosmetology license (required)
Instructor license or eligibility to meet Utah's instructor requirements
Passion for education, mentorship, and student success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate
