PAVE is on a mission to use AI to revolutionize digital vehicle inspections. We leverage state‑of‑the‑art computer vision to power thousands of inspections daily, helping businesses complete faster, more accurate, and more sustainable assessments. Our globally distributed team (Canada, Vietnam, USA, and UK) includes AI researchers, ML engineers, product specialists, and software engineers building the next generation of capture and automation tools. We partner with some of the largest enterprise clients in logistics, fleet management, and automotive marketplaces—and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Product Director to lead Enterprise Product Operations while owning the evolution of our photo capture technology—the foundation of our platform.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Enterprise client delivery
  • Product strategy
  • Mobile capture technology
  • Operational excellence

You will ensure our largest clients are successful at scale while driving innovation in how vehicle data is captured, validated, and processed.

Responsibilities

Major Account Product Operations:

  • Own product outcomes for key enterprise accounts (fleet, auction, marketplace clients)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Translate client needs into scalable product capabilities (not one-offs)
  • Establish structured intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for enterprise requests
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs (adoption, throughput, data quality, SLA performance)
  • Lead cross-functional execution from discovery → delivery → post-launch optimization

Photo Capture Technology Ownership:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for Native and web-based photo capture systems
  • Improve capture quality, speed, and consistency across diverse environments
  • Drive innovation in:
    • Image validation (angle, clarity, lighting)
    • Guided capture workflows
    • Real-time feedback and automation
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to improve downstream inspection accuracy
  • Optimize performance across devices (iOS, Android, rugged hardware)

Product Strategy & Execution:

  • Balance client-driven needs with long-term platform scalability
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and productize workflows across accounts
  • Collaborate with engineering on system architecture and deployment considerations
  • Define success metrics (precision, recall, capture time, completion rates)
  • Communicate roadmap and progress to internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

Experience:

  • 7–10+ years in Product Management, including leadership roles
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with API-driven platforms
  • Proven success working with enterprise clients and complex deployments
  • Experience with mobile applications, camera workflows, or computer vision is a strong plus

Skills:

  • Strong product judgment—ability to separate signal from noise in client requests
  • Deep empathy for users in operational environments (field workers, inspectors, drivers)
  • Experience building scalable systems, not custom solutions
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities

Skills:

  • Experience with image capture systems, computer vision, or inspection workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or analytics tools
  • Background in automotive, fleet, or logistics industries

Why join us?

  • Build category-defining technology in a rapidly evolving space
  • Work with high-scale enterprise clients solving real-world problems
  • Own a critical part of the product that directly impacts data quality and AI performance
  • Join a high-impact, fast-moving team with strong growth trajectory
