About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and partnership-focused professional to lead growth initiatives for Algo Trading and Strategic Partnerships at Paytm Money. The role involves driving derivative trading growth through the algo ecosystem, managing strategic fintech partnerships, and expanding the API and trading partner ecosystem for Paytm Money. 
Responsibilities : Drive MTUs and derivatives trading volume through algo trading initiatives and ecosystem partnerships. uild and manage partnerships with algo trading platforms, strategy providers, API partners, and fintech ecosystems. Own onboarding, activation, and growth of algo/strategy partners on Paytm Money. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve Algo API adoption and ecosystem scalability. Develop commercial models including revenue sharing, API monetization, and partner-led acquisition opportunities. Track partner performance, active usage, engagement metrics, and revenue contribution through dashboards and business reviews. Identify new growth opportunities within the retail algo trading, derivatives, and F&O ecosystem. Coordinate partner launches, campaigns, integrations, and ecosystem initiatives with cross-functional teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with fintech partners, trading communities, brokers, and industry stakeholders. Prepare business updates, ecosystem insights, and growth recommendations for leadership stakeholders.

Expectations/ Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Partnership/Business Development, with Stock Broking Industry experience. Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, F&O trading, and algo trading ecosystems. Experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, or fintech alliances.Strong analytical and business problem-solving capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams. Experience in API-based ecosystems, fintech integrations, or platform partnerships is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, reporting tools, and business performance tracking. Prior exposure to fintech, trading platforms, wealth-tech, or capital markets businesses will be preferred. High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
