As an HR Business Partner Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to regional HR operations, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder partnering, and people analytics while working closely with business leaders.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner Intern to support our regional People team. This internship is ideal for graduates or final-year students who want practical experience in core HRBP, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and validate employee master data across the employee lifecycle.

Support onboarding, documentation, and HRIS data management.

Track employee attendance, leave, and regional HR records.

Assist in preparing HR dashboards for attrition, attendance, and escalations.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls, and communication initiatives.

Support grievance handling by ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.

Partner with regional HRBPs to provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders.

Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

What We're Looking For

Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfortable working with data, trackers, and presentations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
