Responsibilities:

Learn and execute all salon operations under the guidance of experienced management
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Educate customers on tanning & wellness services, and premium skincare
Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and meet performance goals individually and as a team
Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment

Requirements:

Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a store management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent required
