Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients daily
Educate clients on tanning equipment, lotions, and skincare products to drive sales
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and membership targets
Open and close the salon according to established procedures
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and loyalty

Requirements:

Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and drive to meet sales targets
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
