Machine Operator (2-2-3 Nights)

What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality output and efficiency. Inspect products, use measuring tools, and identify issues early to keep operations running smoothly. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and LOTO, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with team members across shifts to support daily production goals.

What You'll Bring:
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to read work instructions and use basic math. Comfortable standing for long periods, working in heat/noise, and lifting up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
