Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in a fast-casual dining and bar environment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily bar operations, lead and support team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced setting.

• →Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• →Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff to maintain high performance standards.
• →Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• →Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures.
• →Maintain compliance with company policies, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• →Oversee cash handling procedures, register accuracy, and end-of-shift reporting.
• →Create staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• →Assist with training new team members and conducting ongoing performance coaching.
• →Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently maintained throughout the bar area.
• →Support management initiatives to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role required.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash management procedures preferred.
